Gear Selection
When the DIP switch K1 is turned OFF, the VO output is 0-5V. When the K1 is turned ON, the VO output is 0-10V. When the DIP switch
K2 is turned ON, the zero adjustment range can be changed. If the zero point cannot be adjusted, you can try to turn K2 ON. The
current and voltage output of the other line and the negative power supply are both GND.

Adjustment step
First, incentive adjustment
After connecting the sensor and the power supply, adjust the RV5 to adjust the excitation voltage provided by the transmitter to
the sensor, which can be measured by +EXC and -EXC.
Second, Zero adjustment
1: After adjusting the voltage adjustment excitation, first make the sensor in no-load state, adjust the voltage zero
potentiometer (RV1), measure the voltage of the output terminal V0 with a multimeter, and make the indication value as close as
possible to the zero point. If the adjustment is not zero, try Set K2 to 0N.
2: After adjusting the current adjustment excitation, first make the sensor in no-load state, adjust the current zero
potentiometer (RV3), measure the current I0 of the output terminal with the multimeter current, and make the indication value as
close as possible to 4mA. If it is less than 4mA, try Turn K2 to ON.
Three. Full adjustment
1: Voltage full scale adjustment will load the sensor - fixed weight value (recommended range:
80%~100%FS), calculate the output voltage according to the proportional relationship between the loaded weight and the maximum
weighing value; value, monitor the output V0 voltage with a digital multimeter, and adjust the full-scale output by the rotating
voltage full-scale potentiometer (RV2).
2: Current full scale adjustment will load the sensor - a certain weight value (recommended range: 80%~100%FS), calculate the
output current value according to the proportional relationship between the loaded weight and the maximum weighing value, monitor
the output with the digital multimeter current file, and adjust the full output of the rotating current full potentiometer (RV4),
try to let it Close to 20mA.
Review
Make the sensor in no-load state, measure the zero output; load a certain weight value and measure whether the output voltage or
current meets the expected value. If it does not match, please adjust it again.
